First of all, THANK GOD FOR YOUR WEBSITE!
I ordered a set of Children's books over the summer from a Thomas ?...I paid (by check)half of the amount the first time he was at my house, and the remainder (by credit card)when he came back to deliver the books. I received the books in August in which my balance was paid in full. These books are not the quality I was expecting considering the price I paid. Not to mention since receiving the books, I continue to receive more by mail with a letter attached stating that my credit card would be charged for the amount of the book. I never agreed for them to continue sending me books, nor have I agreed that they can continue to charge my credit card. After hearing other customer’s testimonies I am afraid that I will get no help in calling Southwestern's number.

Thank you so much for you message. Unfortunately, the only legitimate way to get them to stop sending you stuff is to call the service number, to keep calling, and to be aggressive about your request to have them stop sending you books. I haven't heard of any other way to get them to stop sending you the books. I'm so sorry you've been sucked into the Southwestern vortex. Hopefully this will all be over soon enough.
