Unhappy Customers
We just had our purchase of books from the southwestern company delivered today and after reviewing, are very unhappy with our $1300 purchase. There is no way to contact the person who sold them to us (Triinu from Estonia…) and after looking them up to send them back, I discovered your web site.
I was wondering if you know any tricks to sending them back or if the full amount she received from us will help pay for those who did not and simply help her hopefully come out more even.
We would appreciate any suggestions that you may have.
