Very Unhappy Customers
We were customers of Southwestern. We ordered some educational CDs for our children. They arrived as ordered, but when installed on our computer, our computer crashed repeatedly. The company was very difficult to get in contact with, but did eventually refund out money after threats to contact the BBB. Just when we thought our ordeal with them had ended, a package arrived in the mail from Southwestern. It was a children’s atlas that we had not ordered, but were being billed for. As it turns out, our salesperson "neglected" to tell us that ordering one product enrolled us in a program that would continue to ship books to us in the future. After a long phone conversation with Southwestern, we were told that we would receive a return label and that we would not be charged for the book. Time will tell, but we are VERY unhappy with this company.
